Юрий вместе с друзьями останавливались у меня, всё прошло отлично, квартира в полном порядке и чистоте. На территорию не пускают вечером чужие машины, нужно было сообщить мне и вопрос был бы закрыт. Рекомендую всем владельцам и жду снова в гости!

I strongly advise not to go to this place nor to book any property with Aleksei. It was a horrible experience for me and my friends who decided to have a bachelor party in Odessa. For 16 years I travel to Odessa and Alexei with his greed for easy money managed to make the trip from this year the worst. When we arrived at the time we agreed in Odessa he refused to give us the flat. Saying there is no electricity. So similar with other comments I read before booking. But I did not want to believe, as he seemed to be such a nice guy over the phone. He refused to let us in even though we said we need no electricity to take a shower and sleep. We wanted in as he promised he can repair it in the morning while we are on the beach. He refused and offered a much worse option in the city center. Who wants to go to city center when the trip was planned as a beach holiday?! Especially when it is a much worse flat. In the end he even did not try to do anything saying it easily that we can go at midnight and find another place. The reason for all this was the derby dinamo vs shahtar and a festival in the same week end. Lots of people where looking for a flat and he gave ours for a longer stay and for more money. More than that on the second day even though he did not give our flat the lady which hosted us forced us out. We did not have any option yet to go but we had to leave the apartment. It was very unpleasant to have constantly someone screaming at you. Want to mention the supportive help of dobovo team. They really tried to find us an equivalent replacement and did there best. But what can they do when they have such irresponsible owners of the flats.
Do not go there! Do not book with Aleksei! Do not distroy your vacation!
