Sigurd-Hall club house is located on Frantsuzkyi boulevard, within walking distance from the sea (5 minutes walk to Portofino beach in Arkadia), the arboretum, Sady Peremohy shopping center. There are closed, guarded around the clock territory, parking, video surveillance. The apartment is just finished renovation in the neoclassical style. The studio consists of a separate bedroom area, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen. There is a balcony. The bathroom is combined, there is a shower.
The distance from the noise of discos and at the same time, proximity to the sea will allow a family with a child to rest comfortably in this apartment.
