Здравствуйте, Лариса. Благодарю Вас за высокую оценку. Что касается парковки автомобилей во дворе. Двор не большой, детская площадка тоже. И дети часто травмировали машины на гостевой парковке. То велосипедами, то мячами. По этому было принято решение сократить время парковки машин, чтобы сохранить психику родителей детей и владельцев автомобилей. С уважением, Лилия.
