We invite you to visit our new, beautiful apartment Flat 6, located on the third floor of a three-storey building built in 2021! This apartment is unique because of the cosy attic, which gives it a special charm.

Located at 43 Nezhdanova Street (10 minutes to Derybasivska), walking distance to pharmacies, shops, oncodispensary, 11 hospital (children's regional). Transport stop in a minute walk, there is a parkomesto under the cameras).

The apartment has a sofa bed for two people and a comfortable double bed with orthopaedic mattress. For your convenience, the apartment is equipped with all the necessary appliances: hairdryer, microwave, smart TV, kettle, electric cooker, washing machine and dryer. The entire house is equipped with video surveillance, fire and security alarms for added comfort and safety.

The smart home system allows you to move in at any time of the day. In each of our apartments you will find crockery, shower gel, cutlery, dishwashing liquid, hotel slippers, large and soft towels and cotton bed linen.

Дуже далеко від моря, та в описі квартири було вказано правильну машину. Проте не було вказано що пралка знаходиться в коридорі в загальному користуванні
