Two bedrooms deluxe nice new apartment, directly next to Derybasivska street with all its attractions. Restaurants, cafes, shops, nightclubs are within 2 minutes walking. Apartment is located on the 2 floor, entry door to the corridor is on code. Apartment is fitted with 2 LCD smart TVs, Wi-Fi, air conditioner, washing and dryer machine, fridge, iron, hair dryer, oven, balcony, big (2 m/90 cm) bathtub. Everything in the apartment is brand new and of a prime quality!
Check-in - 14:00.
Check-out - 12:00.
Other check-in/out time is discussed separately.
1. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. You can smoke on the balcony, but do not forget to close the door so that smoke does not enter the room.
2. According to local legislation, silence is required from 22:00 to 8:00. Parties, loud music and group meetings are strictly prohibited.
3. Be sure to lock the balcony and front door to the key every time you leave the apartment.
4. Make sure that you turn off the gas stove and electric oven every time you finish cooking.
5. Take care of the environment. Leaving the apartment turn off the air conditioning and light, do not leave a fire or gas on, and make sure that the water does not flow in the kitchen or in the bathroom.
6. Please close the refrigerator door. Sometimes it just seems closed.
7. Please note that for stays longer than a week, a cleaning is free.
8. Do not rearrange furniture.
9. Upon check-in the original passport is photographed. Also a deposit of 100 USD is required. It will be returned at check-out, provided that the property and the apartment have not been damaged, there is no smell of tobacco in the room and there is no excessive confusion.
10. An appropriate compensation is required for any damage caused to furniture or personal belongings.
11. Do not use our white towels to remove make-up, cleaning shoes or wiping the floors.
12. If you are in a romantic mood and want to light a candle, use glass candlesticks in order to avoid a fire and pouring out the wax (the wax is very difficult to clean).
Additional sleeping places are available for 10 USD each.
