Elegant brand-new studio apartment located in Limnos residential complex in Arcadia.
Located on the 6th floor of a 26-storey business class building. Total area 30 m2. Balcony with garden furniture and stunning sea views.

Sleeps 2+1. The room has a sofa and a king-size bed, where you can enjoy the sea, yachts and ships.

There are new bed linen and towels, disposable slippers, hair dryer, iron, ironing board Opposite the bed Smart TV with internet access, YouTube and so on. The apartment has air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi.

In the hallway is a large closet for things and utility room for your bags, suitcases, etc.
The apartment has a bathroom with ordinary and tropical shower and washing machine, boiler, which provides hot water around the clock.

Kitchen with microwave, served surface, kettle and all necessary utensils. Refrigerator with freezer.
