Cosy flat, made in classic style. The flat is on the 12th floor of a 12-storey building, located in 5-7 minutes walk from the sea, on Lvivska street, Residential Complex More. The house has an electronic entry system, security, there is parking at the house and the possibility of parking in Dachny Lane nearby.
The house is delivered in March 2021, the flat has been completely renovated. Furniture and appliances are new and modern. In the bedroom there is a double sofa (sleeping place 190x140 cm) and folding armchair (sleeping place 180x90 cm).
The following appliances are available: microwave, fridge, TV, electric kettle, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, washing machine, hairdryer. Guests are provided with crockery, clean bed linen, bath towels. Internet Wi-Fi is installed.
Public transport stop (marshutnoe taxi) - 50 metres, tram stop - 100 m. Right in the house shop Kopeyka. Near a lot of shops, McDonald's, restaurant Ryba.
