Luxurious apartment in a new modern building — 17th Pearl by Kadorr, with elevator and parking.
The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay for two couples. Additional sleeping places are also available. Wooden furniture, beautiful retro-style renovation, all household appliances.
There is a supermarket and a sports complex with a swimming pool in the building. Convenient transport links. Deribasivska Street is nearby, the sea is not far. The building has a reception and security. Private parking space next to the building.
The building is equipped with a diesel generator that ensures operation of elevators, heating, and lighting in entrances and corridors. I personally meet and check in guests.

Tourist tax is paid upon arrival.
1. Reservations without payment of armor is not guaranteed.
2. Usually the size of the armor set at the cost of one night stay. (or on other
agreement).
3. Reservations available from 14:00 until 12:00 the next day , ie the chek-out time.
4. The owner has the right to deny the settlement, in case no-show guest in the day
of reservation, or not an adequate conduct the guest (the state of alcoholic or
narcotic intoxication or not a neat appearance).
5. Early arrival (6:00 to 13:00) and evening departure (from 12:00 to 18:00) extra
charge of 50% of the value of day stay in the preliminary order.
6. Check-in from 0:00 to 6:00 and check-out (from 18:00 to 24:00) are charged at a
rate of 100% of the day stay .
7. Regardless of the type of settlement, in case of delay in departure guests
(customers) after the estimated hours for no more than 6 hours pay for half the day
stay .
8. In case of delay check-out time for a period of 6 to 12 hours after check out
time fee is charged for a full day stay .
9. A tourist tax is paid upon actual arrival.
