Spacious (50 m²) studio apartment on the 9th floor of the elite multi-storey building "Kador". Euro repair. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, microwave, quality furniture, excellent lighting. The bathroom is combined, equipped with a shower cabin.

The house is equipped with a generator, elevators work, hot water is available regardless of the availability of electricity. Also in the house there is underground parking.

The area of the house is closed. Modern design, fountains, playgrounds, supermarkets, shops, cafes and other infrastructure are located right in the yard. From the yard there is an exit to the park, which is located on a hill above the sea and offers a magnificent view.

In walking distance - the sea, children's entertainment complexes, attractions, cafes, restaurants and night clubs.
