У просторій вітальні (22 м²) є розкладний двоспальний диван і журнальний столик.

Зелена спальня (12 м²) обладнана двома односпальними ліжками, які за потреби можна зсувати або розсувати, створюючи одне двоспальне або два окремі спальні місця. Також у кімнаті є велика шафа-купе, письмовий стіл і кондиціонер. Вікна виходять у тихий внутрішній двір.

Мне очень понравилось месторасположение квартиры. Квартира просторна, чистая.

В квартире разрешено курить, а для не курящих запах в квартире создает определенный дискомфорт. Есть претензия к раскладному дивану.
