Розташування.

В квартирі стійкий запах сигарет. Меблі поламані. Душова кабіна протікає. В ванній кімнаті зламана розетка з оголеними проводами. Бруд в усіх кімнатах з яким нічого не можна зробити. Над кроват'ю грибок. Кровать, диван та подушки в жовтих плямах з неприємним запахом. В кухні замість 4 стільців всього 2. Ця квартира точно не для сімейного відпочинку. Апогеєм відпочинку стала наявність тараканів під душевою кабінкою. Ціна максимально завишена.

Очень жаль, что у гостей сложилось такое впечатление о квартире... По просьбе гостей мы ещё раз поменяли постельное белье, сделали повторную уборку квартиры. Цены в этом году были высокие у всех, кроме того цену гости подтвердили на сайте и рассчитались при заезде в квартиру. Квартира отлично сдавалось и до, и после этого заезда, в ней и сейчас живут. Никаких жалоб и претензий, никаких тараканов... При выезде квартира была в порядке, спасибо гостям. Искренне желаю гостям в следующий раз найти именно такую квартиру, которая им понравится!

Все понравилось. Квартира в 5 минутах ходьбы к пляжу Аркадии и рядом куча ресторанов, магазинов для комфортного проведения времени. Квартира чистая и просторная.
