Розташування однаково близько до центру, до пляжу і до вокзалу (пішки 20 хв). Чиста акуратна невелика квартира зі зручностями і кондиціонером. Другий поверх, красивий сторічний будинок. Приємний господар
В квартирі не вистачало фена і сковорідки. Також пригодилась би мікрохвильовка. Плитка нагрівається повільно
