We invite you to stay in a modern, newly renovated apartment located in a new residential complex near the sea and the Arcadia district. It is an excellent choice for both leisure and business trips.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests. It features a separate bedroom with a double bed, a cozy living room with a sofa bed and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary cookware and appliances, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a private balcony with outdoor seating.

The residential complex offers a 24-hour reception, modern elevators, and a children's playground. The grounds are well-maintained and secure.

The apartment is situated in one of Odesa's best neighborhoods. The beach, Arcadia, and the Health Trail (Trasa Zdorovya) are all within a 10–15 minute walk. Nearby amenities include supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, shops, and the Gagarinn Plaza shopping and entertainment center. Thanks to the convenient location, you can reach the historic city center, Derybasivska Street, and the Opera House by car in about 15–20 minutes.
