квартира очень красивая, светлая, достаточно места, новый ремонт, в ванной все чисто, территория ухоженная, так как относительно новый жк, вид с балкона неописуемый, вся техника исправна, расположение хорошее, рядом много магазинов, а до пляжа 20~ минут,хозяйка прекрасная женщина, очень добрая, подскажет вам маршрут к центру и всегда на связи
