Welcome to the apartment located in the historic “quiet center” - a colorful, cozy Odesa courtyard.
You will live in the very heart of the city, while being protected from the hustle and bustle - a rare combination of tranquility and proximity to all the main locations. Deribasovskaya Street is only 1 km away or a 10-minute leisurely walk along Preobrazhenskaya Street, past Sobornaya Square.
The apartment is decorated in light gray tones with turquoise accents inspired by the color of the Black Sea at calm.

Kuznechna Street - history in the heart of Odesa
The apartment is located on one of the most atmospheric streets of historic Odesa - Kuznechna Street. The street got its name back in the XIX century, when blacksmiths and artisans worked here. Their workshops created the unique character of this part of the city.
In 1934, the street was renamed in honor of the crew of the icebreaker Chelyuskin, but in 1995 it was given its historical name, Kuznechna.
It still retains old buildings, cobblestone streets and cozy courtyards that give it a real Odesa atmosphere.
Nearby are architectural monuments, former baths, apartment buildings and authentic facades. This is a real combination of silence and history!
