We have tried to preserve the cosy atmosphere of the old house (and it is more than a hundred years old) and combine it with the comfort of modern furniture and appliances.
It is within walking distance from the Odesa City Garden, Derybasivska Street and the Opera House. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: TV, fridge, kitchen and bathroom, there is access to Wi-Fi.
Staying with us, you will always be in the centre of things.

Дуже зручне розташування квартири, дійсно за два кроки від Дерибасівської) Сама квартира дуже цікава, все продумано, видно що господарі вклали в неї душу. Є все необхідне для проживання до найменших дрібниць. Цокольне розташування квартири давало нам бути спокійними вночі під час тривог. Дуже вдячні власнику за уважність і душевний прийом) Нам дуже сподобалось у вас! Тепер будемо зупинятися виключно у вас!❤️
