Apartment with gorgeous direct sea views from panoramic windows, located in Arkadia. Chic 2 terraces overlooking the sea and the city, Arkadia alley. The uniqueness of our facility is a mini-pool with hydromassage directly on one of the terraces, on the second - a barbecue area. Both terraces are equipped with furniture for relaxation and recreation. A huge living area with a superb round sofa will allow you and your guests to have a great time together. Also, there are 2 bathrooms of the site conventionally divided into male and female. You can relax in 2 comfortable bedrooms, one of them with a private bath. ЖК зручний, внизу є чудові заклади з адекватними цінами (сніданок, кава, бар). Ліфт швидко підіймається. Квартира чиста та охайна.
