Check-in at the Fortuna Hostel begins at 2:00 PM; check-out is by 12:00 PM.
The tourist tax is paid separately upon check-in.
During check-in, you must present a valid ID (passport or driver’s license) to the Fortuna Hostel administrator and pay for the entire stay.
Payment for accommodation can be made in cash or by card via a terminal.
At the Fortuna Hostel, early check-in is available until 2:00 PM and late check-out after 12:00 PM. In such cases, an additional fee of 50% of the daily rate will be charged.
Check-in before 5:00 AM is charged at 100% of the daily rate.
For stays of less than one day, the full daily rate must be paid. If you have checked into the hostel but for any reason do not stay overnight, the payment is non-refundable.
Guests are informed of the general rules of the Fortuna Hostel upon check-in and agree to abide by them.
The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation cost. It is charged separately from each guest at a rate of 43.24 UAH.
