Welcome to our cozy guest house!

Our space is a modern three-story newly built house located just a 10-minute drive from the center of Odesa.

In addition to seven cozy and fully equipped apartments, we are pleased to present a completely new accommodation format — a mini-hostel!

You have never seen anything like this in Odesa before. Our hostel is a comfortable space with only four beds, where each bed is equipped with an individual area. Thanks to this zoning, each guest has their own private space, which makes their stay especially comfortable and private.

The price includes fresh bed linen, towels, and slippers, as well as access to a large refrigerator, microwave, cups, and kettle. Guests can use the new well-maintained bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and dryer. The property has security, an enclosed courtyard, and video surveillance in the parking lot. Electric locks are installed, allowing you to check in at a convenient time after 2:00 p.m.

Сподобалось що дуже охайно, все чітко відповідає фотографіям, все вправно працює. Ще адмін дуже швидко відповідає якщо зʼявляються питання.

Розташування далеко від центру і моря, але це в цілому і по картах було видно. Можна доїхати до центру на 15 трамваї, який часто ходить, тому мінімальна зручність є

Доброго дня) дякуємо за ваш відгук. Будинок знаходиться в тихому спальному районі, подалі від важливої інфраструктури, тому в нас більш-менш тихо і безпечно наскільки це можливо в Одесі. При тому на машині/транспорті все поруч, центр 15 хв, пляж 20 хв, тому, сподіваємось вам було зручно і комфортно, чекаємо на вас знову)
