Baroque Terrace Alex Apartments is a one-bedroom apartment in the heart of the city with a private terrace. 6 people (2+2+2). We provide accounting documents, bank transfer, FOP group 3. The apartment is equipped with modern furniture and appliances.

Elite luxury apartment with 3 separate beds, separate bedroom, spacious bathroom, full open kitchen and outdoor terrace. The interior design is made in the modern baroque style. Leather sofas and a comfortable Queen-size bed 2.0*1.6 m, orthopedic double sofas 1.95*1.6 m will accommodate up to 6 people (2+2+2). The apartment is equipped with designer furniture and Hi-end appliances. The need for air conditioning in summer is minimal.
There is free Wi-Fi internet 100 Mb/s.
The kitchen has a large refrigerator, washing machine, washing powder and gel, gas stove, induction hob, microwave oven, electric kettle, Saeco coffee machine and grain coffee, all the necessary kitchen equipment (pots, pans, wine glasses, glasses and dishes, corkscrew, etc.) large sliding table for 6+ persons. Tea-coffee, cocoa, sugar, spices, sunflower oil are included in the price.
