New building, renovated in 2021. Comfortable and cozy one-bedroom apartment in a new building. This apartment has a pleasant homely atmosphere, you will want to stay longer and come back again. It is located in the newest, environmentally friendly and well-maintained neighborhood with infrastructure. Perfect cleanliness and home-like comfort.
