Description

Music studio - the house is completely at your disposal. A separate entrance and no hosts. 2 separate large rooms 22m2 and 16m2 + small room where you can sleep. Kitchen, toilet, bathroom, kitchen with all accessories. The house is insulated and cool in summer.
Here you can relax, temporarily staying with family, make a quality recording with good light and sound.
There is a table for 10 people and with a canopy table outside. Glade, barbecue.
Large yard, near store, bus stop, children's playground. Blue spruces, a lot of flowers.
Parking in the yard for several cars under the window.
Does not claim to be a super site, as it is not the center of the city. Although the car to get to the center is much more convenient and closer than other areas of the city. No traffic lights, direct road, good asphalt for 5 minutes 2.5 km.
Walk 30 minutes to the center.

Квартира в цілому непогана, для вечірки на 10 людей невелика, але поміститись можна. Є тільки 8 спальних місць. Некомфортно було в тому плані, що у хазяїна є вхід зі свого будинку прямо в коридор до нас і він заходив без попередження. Не завжди коректно поводив себе (зайшов і почав прибирати в 11:00 коли ми ще були в будинку і збирались, і пред’являв претензії щодо того, чому ми сидимо а не збираємось. Хоча за правилами здача о 12:00) Але якщо будинок не для вечірок, а просто переночувати, то непоганий варіант
