Loft style penthouse in the heart of the city center. The apartment has a second floor with sleeping space for two. Great for a romantic evening with a glass of wine or a retreat in the unique atmosphere of the attic floor.

Large terrace overlooking the stadium and the historic center. The use of the terrace is included in the price of the apartment. The house has an elevator that takes you directly to the front door.
