In March 2015 Dobovo released new functionality – client’s personal account. You can register an account using your e-mail address or social networks profile — Vk, Facebook, Google+, Odnoklassniki. Client’s profile on dobovo.com website is a fully-featured account where you can fill in all the personal info and add a photo.
Today the profile allows checking on your current bookings and even add the previous ones. There’s no need to check your e-mail to find your previous bookings — you can easily view all the necessary information right in your account on the website. All the main information is available on one page — you can view the check-in and check-out dates, the prepayment amount, the amount to be paid to the hotelier at check-in and the information about order status. You can sort the reservations by status or city. If you have a lot of bookings this will allow you to check the details of your reservation such as booking ID fast and easy. If you face any questions concerning the reservation, access to the booking ID will allow to you get a prompt reply from the support team.
Writing a review about the apartment you’ve stayed at is also much easier with your personal account. The next day after check out you will see the link with review form.
At the moment hoteliers can only view the guests profile but in the nearest future the possibility to add reviews to be available in two variants: review about apartment and review about the guest. That way, the procedure of writing a review will become even easier. Reviews about the clients is our new functionality which makes communication between the customer and the hotelier more open and reliable. The owners of the apartments will be able not only to view the information about the guest but also read the comments and recommendations of the owners of the apartments the guest has already stayed at. The more information the guest provides about himself, the more trust the hoteliers will have to the potential customer. Filling in the full contact information will allow the hotelier to contact the guest faster. The direct communication between hotelier and the guest tool is also being renewed. From now on you don’t have to go to the apartment’s page to use «Ask owner a question» bottom — this will be available right in your account.
The loyalty program will also be available on our web-site. The amount of already confirmed bookings and the discount for the next ones will be shown in the account. The more bookings the client makes, the bigger discount is provided.
