The operational director of the service of the daily booking of housing Dobovo.com Dmytro Malakhov commented on the increase in prices for rental housing in Kyiv during the Eurovision-2017. This is stated in the news story on the channel Ukraine.
According to Dmytro Malakhov, at the moment there is obvious demand for cheap accommodation: hostels, hotels and budget apartments. After all, landlords keep the price to the last, because they are afraid to sell cheap. But the situation will change by the end of April.
– Soon the landlords will begin to understand that the exposed price does not correspond to the real rates for daily rent.
