In an exclusive commentary for the NewsOne TV channel, Dmytro Malakhov, the operating director of the online reservation service for daily renting Dobovo.com, told about the real prices for renting apartments in Kyiv during the Eurovision-2017 period. As it turned out, the demand for expensive apartments did not justify itself, so on the eve of the competition prices fell several times.
– A month ago the average cost of a daily rent of an apartment in the Pecherskyi district was 4000 UAH, and today the price fell to 2,970 UAH. As for other areas of KYIv – there is a similar situation: the closer Eurovision Song Contest, the lower the price for housing in the capital, – said DmYTRO Malakhov.
