This cozy studio apartment is located at 64/66 Vyacheslav Chornovil Street, on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator. It’s a great option for short-term stays for tourists, families, couples, or guests visiting Rivne on business. There is parking available near the building, and nearby you’ll find shops, cafes, pharmacies, public transportation stops, and all the necessary city amenities.
The apartment consists of a bedroom, a separate kitchen, a bathroom, and an entryway. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, a single sofa bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a TV with cable. The room opens onto a balcony where you can enjoy the fresh air. The hallway has another sofa that can be used as an extra bed if needed, as well as a large sliding-door wardrobe for storage.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook comfortably: a refrigerator, a microwave, an electric kettle, and a gas stove. Guests can prepare their favorite meals on their own during their stay.
The bathroom features a full-size bathtub, a washing machine, a sink, and a toilet. Hot water is provided by a water heater, so it’s available 24/7 regardless of city-wide outages.
For guests’ comfort, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi, cable TV, fresh linens, towels, and everything needed for a pleasant stay. The apartment is a great choice for both short and longer trips to Rivne.
Rules of residence
1. Check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00.
2. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
3. Key collection and return is at: Rivne, 8 Knyahyni Olhy St.
4. Upon check-in, an ID document must be presented.
5. Upon check-in, a deposit of UAH 500 is paid, which is returned after checking the apartment, provided that there is no damage to the property and no violation of the rules of residence.
6. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment (including electronic cigarettes and hookahs).
7. Parties, celebrations, and loud events are not allowed.
8. Please keep quiet from 22:00 to 08:00.
9. Accommodation with pets is possible only by prior agreement.
10. The number of guests must correspond to the number specified when booking.
11. The guest is responsible for the safety of the apartment's property and compliance with the rules of residence. In case of damage to property, compensation is made in accordance with the damage caused.
