Местоположение, чистота

Было бы не плохо иметь электро обогреватель. Батареи не очень горячие, возможно из-за высоких потолков сложнее прогреть такое помещение.

Простора гарна квартира, чистенько та приємно. Є рушники, капці, гель для душу

Старі вікна і одне з них не до кінця зачиняється через що ну дуууже сильно чути шум від машин і п'яних людей вночі. Лайфхак - лишіть якійсь простенький чай в кухні, дуже не вистачало можливості випити чогось тепленького, купували цілу упаковку.
