Квартира досить затишна, невеличка, але місця для двох достатньо.

Думаю, що за таку вартість можна, наприклад, замінити губку на кухні, бо мити нею посуд було, м'яко кажучи, неприємно.

Идеальная чистота. Продуманность деталей до мелочей. Вся необходимая техника , на которой не экономили. Тот же телевизор не китайский. Большой балкон для любителей покурить( соответственно в квартире и намека на запах нет( мне как не курящему это очень понравилось). Приятно организованно освещение в квартире. В общем все на высшем уровне.

Единственное чего хотелось бы это более приемлимой цены как для города Ровно. Но сделаете меньше и всеравно еще меньше все захотят) так что это больше как предохранитель от слишком бюджетных отдыхающих) необходимо почистить вытяжку на кухне) ну это если прям совсем выискивать недостатки. Отдельное обращение к людям которые сдают квартиру. Почему агенства экономят копейку на паре пакетиков чая и паре стиков с сахаром. Заехал в квартиру человек, хочет чая. Еще не бегал в магазин. Неужели сложно ребят?! Так же эти 600 гривень наличкой залог, совсем не проблема но может таковой стать иногда. Нужно от этого уходить. Мы же почти Европа)
