We invite you to stay in our spacious apartments in the heart of the city. The house is located on Teatralna Square, next to the Drama Theater, with an unsurpassed view from the window.

Nearby is the shopping and entertainment complex "Zlata Plaza", where there are shops for clothes, shoes, a supermarket "Silpo" and McDonald's. The central market is located nearby. Also nearby is Lebedynka Park, where there is a walking area with benches, a pond and a park. Pharmacies, restaurants, banks, shops, coffee shops are located in the building and nearby.

The apartment is designed for 2 guests who appreciate comfort and coziness. Here you will always find fresh snow-white bedding and towels, a comfortable orthopedic mattress for a comfortable sleep, bath accessories.
