Bedroom + kitchen-studio (total area 55 m²). Great location and walking distance to the lake, Shevchenko Park, Theater Square. Nearby is an ATB supermarket, restaurants (Old Mill, Flamingo), and the railway station.

The apartment is comfortable and cozy. Separate bedroom with a King Size bed (width 160 cm), orthopedic mattress, snow-white bedding, disposable hygiene products. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed.
Large heated balcony. High-speed internet, digital TV. Autonomous heating (hot water and heating around the clock).
The front door, yard and entrance are equipped with video surveillance cameras.
There is a guest parking in the yard.

The price is for 2 people for today. On other days the price may vary.
Discounts are available for longer stays.

Accommodation of more people is paid additionally. Early check-in and late check-out - 100 UAH/hour. Accommodation with animals - 200 UAH/night.
