Квартира досить комфортна і затишна, недалеко від центру міста.

Неприємний запах у ванній постійно (виявилося, потрібно тримати закритою пробку в душі). Біля ліжка натрапила на чуже волосся. Будинок брудний, оточений будівельним сміттям, коридор на поверсі не освітлюється. На ліфт постійна черга.
