We offer daily rent of a modern one-bedroom apartment (Euro-style layout) in one of the best residential complexes in the city, featuring a new designer renovation and a panoramic city view that is truly breathtaking (Zoryanyi Boulevard, 1M).

We have taken care of everything for you: in the bedroom there is a large bed with a comfortable mattress for a good night's sleep, a TV, and a work area; in the living room — a sofa and a large TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and everything you need to feel at home.

Right across the street is Dafi shopping mall with a cinema, shops, and a large food court. Just a couple of minutes away on foot is the famous McDonald’s. For those visiting for studies or students: we are located in the heart of student life. Nearby are leading universities: Oles Honchar Dnipro National University, DIIT (Ukrainian State University of Science and Technologies), University of Internal Affairs, and campuses along Nauky Avenue (formerly Haharina). The owner requires a security deposit in the amount of 1000 UAH, which will be returned upon check-out if the property is safe.

Additional house rules

The standard time for check out is from 07:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Upon check-in before 07:00, the guest must pay 200 UAH for night departure.

If the guest wants to check in earlier than 02:00 PM, then he must make a surcharge for early check-in:
- in the amount of 1/2 the cost of a day of stay at check-in after 09:00 AM;
- in the amount of the cost of a day of stay at check-in before 09:00 AM.

If the guest wants to check out later than 12:00 AM, then he must make a surcharge for late check out:
- in the amount of 1/2 the cost of a day of stay upon eviction before 04:00 PM;
- in the amount of the cost of a day of residence upon check out after 04:00 PM.

- Guests from 21 years old are allowed in the apartment.
