We take a deposit of 100 USD for emergency upon check-in. The deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out after inventory.

If the apartment is booked for 2 people, guests are accommodated in a double bed. A folding sofa is considered an extra bed and is paid separately a rate of 200 UAH per day. When issuing reporting documents, you must pay 5% tax + tourist tax per day for 1 person (21 UAH for Ukrainian citizens or 35 UAH for foreign citizens).
