Non-smoking apartments!
A security deposit of 100 USD is required upon arrival for incidentals. The deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out after the property has been inspected.
Check-in from 14:00 to 24:00.
Early check-in and late check-out are negotiated separately.
Please note that the full amount of the stay is payable upon check-in.
If the apartment is booked for 2 people, guests will be accommodated in a double bed. A folding sofa is considered an extra bed and is paid separately when checking into an apartment in the amount of 100 UAH per day. When issuing reporting documents, you must pay 5% tax + tourist tax per day for 1 person (21 UAH for Ukrainian citizens or 35 UAH for foreign citizens).
Candles are prohibited.
Passports must be presented upon arrival.
It is not possible to accommodate 3 adults. Only 1-2 adults + 1 or 2 children are allowed.
During your stay, all cleanings are paid:
- 1 cleaning costs 270 UAH (10 USD).
- cleaning with linen change (1 set) - 400 UAH (15 USD).
- change of 1 set of linen - 200 UAH (8 USD).
Additional heating with an electric battery costs 50 UAH per day (2 USD per day, provided if necessary).
