❌ Guests are not allowed to stay overnight if they do not have a place to sleep
In case of non-compliance with the above, eviction without refund of the deposit or compensation for damages will follow!

Check-in and check-out conditions:

Guests must have documents for photo identification and an insurance deposit (900-2000 UAH), which is refunded on the day of departure.
Check-in from 14:00 (until 21:00) / Check-in at 27d Oleksandra Polia Ave. from 15:00 (until 21:00)
Check-out is until 12:00, regardless of the check-in time.
Check-out is until 23:00 for apartments located at 27d Oleksandra Polia Ave.
Check-out from 12:00 to 18:00 – additional payment of up to 50% of the daily rate. Check-out after 18:00 – up to 100%;
If a guest checks in but decides to leave early, the payment is non-refundable. If you need our help or have any questions related to your stay in the apartment, please contact us between 9:00 and 21:00.
