The five-story building is located on Haharina avenue - in the heart of the entertainment and business district. Stylish and comfortable apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building. Enjoy staying close to Duffy and Materyk. Relax in the park or botanical garden. There are a large number of clubs, bars and restaurants near the house. Also, there is a hairdresser, non-stop supermarket, exchange office near the building. The security guarantee is round-the-clock video surveillance of the front and the courtyard.

In our apartment always:
- clean and comfortable;
- clean ironed linen and towels;
- comfortable beds.

To the center - 10 minutes, to the airport - 20 minutes, to the railway station - 25 minutes. Also, there are Dnipro National university, Dnipro State university of internal affairs, Beit Khan International Humanitarian-Pedagogical institute, Dnipro National university of railway transport nearby.

In the apartment are not allowed:
- smoking;
- live with pets;
- hold events and holidays, listen to music loudly after 21:00.
Originals of documents and a cash deposit in the amount of the cost of the day of residing required upon check-in, it is returned upon the eviction of guests after checking the safety of the property and under condition that guests did not smoke in the apartments.
In case of violation of the rules, we have the right to evict you without refund.
We give the keys to the apartments upon settlement.
