The five-story building is located on Haharin avenue - in the heart of the entertainment and business district. Stylish and comfortable apartments are located on the 2nd floor of the building. Enjoy staying close to Dafi and Materyk. Relax in the park or botanical garden. There are a large number of clubs, bars and restaurants nearby. Also there is a hairdresser, non-stop supermarket, exchange office near the building. The security guarantee is round-the-clock video surveillance of the front door and the courtyard.

In our apartments always are:
- clean and comfortable;
- clean ironed linen and towels;
- comfortable beds.

It is 10 minutes to the center, 20 minutes to the airport, 25 minutes to the railway station. Also there are Olesia Honchara National university, Dnipropetrovsk National university of railway transport.

It is not allowed:
- smoke;
- live with animals;
- hold events and holidays, listen to loud music after 21:00.
During the guests' stay, we take photos of the original documents and take a cash deposit in the amount of the cost of one night’s stay, which is returned when the guests are checked-out after checking the property and provided that the guests did not smoke in the apartments.
If you violate the rules, we may evict you without refund.
The keys are transferred to the apartment upon check-in.

Дуже чисто, новий гарний ремонт, є кондиціонер і все необхідне, пральна машинка, праска, мікрохвильовка та інше, дуже гарне обслуговування, класна локація, у дворі АТБ яке працює до 12 ночі, різні кафе і ресторани, не далеко від центра і різних ТРЦ, буду жити це в цьому помешканні, гарний персонал ввічливий.
