Additional house rules

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.
The apartment is not intended for events or parties.
Early check-in from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and late check-out until 5:00 p.m. are charged at half the daily rate. Check-in before 7:00 a.m. or check-out after 6:00 p.m. requires payment for an additional night.
You can pick up the key at the office, or we can meet you directly at the apartment by prior arrangement. If you are staying with pets, an additional security deposit of 2,000 UAH is required.
The owner accepts guests 21 years of age or older.
Tourist tax: 43.24 UAH/day for residents of Ukraine and 172.94 UAH/day for non-residents of Ukraine.
In accordance with paragraph 268.3.1 of Article 268 of the Tax Code of Ukraine and a resolution of the Kharkiv City Council, a tourist tax is additionally charged.
