Отличная квартира! Очень удобное расположение, рядом ЖД вокзал, автовокзал, остановка трамваев, маршруток, станция метро. Двор с домофоном, тихий и безопасный. В доме есть круглосуточная аптека, рядом несколько магазинов, банки, кафе - всё, что нужно. В самой квартире тепло и уютно, есть вся мебель, техника и посуда, очень удобная большая кровать, кондиционер, колонка, новый большой телевизор, интернет. Очень приятная, внимательная и общительная хозяйка! Подъезд немного староват, но в нем как раз делают ремонт, так что это вопрос времени. Отличная квартира, очень рекомендую!
