Шановний гостю, дякуємо Вам за відгук. Завдяки ньому ми працюємо над зауваженнями та стаємо краще. Нам дуже прикро за цей неприємний інцидент. Чистота житла-це наш пріоритет, але так як ми знаходимось у багатоквартирній будівлі, іноді через загальну систему вентиляції до нас потрапляють небажані комахи. Після Вашого зауваження була проведена професійна дезинсекція у нашій квартирі та самій системі вентиляції. Будемо раді вітати Вас та приємно дивувати якісним сервісом та чистотою!

Увага до деталей, на маленкій площі є все необхідне для перебування комфортного. Особливо сподобалась що була вода в номері, а аткож навіть окрема вода для праски.

Не сподобалось, що менеджер якому я здавав квартиру, коли я диктував йому номер карти для повернення залогу в 500 грн показала мені переписку в якій називала мене Долба%бом, черз те що я змінив вранці дату виселення з 6 ранку на 8му. Було дуже не прийємно.
