A cozy studio in a hotel-type apartment (13 apartments on the 1st floor) near Ploscha Konstytutsii metro station. Renovated in 2018, has video surveillance, paid parking in front of the building. Functional and thoughtful space in sober colors: a comfortable wide sofa, a spacious closet, a dining area with a bar and high chairs. Equipped kitchen has electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and the necessary set of dishes for cooking. The bathroom has a shower. There are Spar and Basket supermarkets right outside the house. There are the picturesque Strilka park and the romantic Bridge of Lovers. Ave Plaza shopping center in 10 minutes, many shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

Очень причтные небольшие апартаменты. Всё необходимое для проживания нашёл Чисто,уютно,приятный администратор Ольга

Очень хорошо слышно соседей( При выселении долго выясняли за появление пятнышка на диване,соответственно ждал решения по возврату залога(лично для меня не очень приятный момент)

Что касается взимания компенсации за дополнительную чистку, то если есть вероятность справиться своими силами, не прибегая к помощи специальных служб, мы стараемся так и делать. Подобное решение иногда требует ожидания во время выезда на пару минут больше.
