Удобное месторасположение, отсутствие проблем с бронированием, сомневались, что будет удобно спать на диване, но в итоге спали хорошо.

Очень удобное расположение. Рядом канатная дорога, по которой можно доехать в парк горького, и Саржин яр. Воздух более чистый чем во многих районах города. Рядом метро. Супермаркеты и круглосуточная аптека тоже не далеко. Наличие балкона.
Диван ну слишком уж жёсткий, такое ощущение что спал на досках. Пол покрыт плиткой и очень холодный, босой ногой стоять долго не возможно. В ванной какие-то не очень приятные запахи, спасала лишь вентиляция, которая включается вместе со светом. Больше всего не понравилось то что шумоизоляция отсутствует совсем и полностью, такое ощущение что двери нету, слышно любое движение в подъезде. А жильцы там просыпаются рано и ходят туда-сюда. В итоге отсутствия шумоизоляции и жёсткости дивана не выспался и все тело на утро ломило.
