Additional house rules

You must show your passport upon check-in.
Check-in time is from 15:00 to 24:00. Check-out time is 6:00 - 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to technical availability.
When booking on the day of arrival, the guaranteed check-in time is 21:00.
Not allowed:
- smoking in the room and in the entire residential complex;
- holding parties;
- accommodation with children under 5 years old;
- accommodation with animals;
- transfer of keys to third parties.
Smoking is allowed on the balcony.

For non-residents of Ukraine there is an additional payment upon arrival - local tourist tax. The amount of the collection until the end of 2020 is 94.46 UAH per day, in 2021 - 100 UAH per day.
