Мне понравилось, то что владелец квартиры в экстренную ситуацию не растерялся и нашёл решение без которого я бы остался бы ночевать на улице в комендантский час без света и телефонной связи.

То что в некоторых квартирах плохое шумоподавление, это наверно единственный минус.
