Rented from April to the end of October. Maximum number of people - 6. Parking near the house or near another. The price includes pumping out the cesspool once a week, special garbage bags, electricity. Own well. Internet from a SIM card, there is gas.

If guests are coming, you must warn them. A deposit and passport data of the residents are also taken.

Pets are prohibited, except in cases where there is a portable aviary for the street. Large dogs are not allowed.
