A cozy studio apartment in a new building at 3A Teremkivska Street

Nearby are the Magellan, Epicenter, and METRO shopping centers, the Stolychny Market, the National Expocenter of Ukraine (VDNG), the ice stadium, the Hippodrome, the National Museum of Folk Architecture and Life of Ukraine in Pirogovo, as well as the Feofaniya Nature Reserve and Monastery.

Convenient transportation links allow you to reach the city center in just 20 minutes.

The apartment is located on the 12th floor. The building has an elevator. There is also a balcony at your disposal.

Appliances: air conditioner, TV, washing machine, refrigerator, range hood, electric kettle, iron, hair dryer, water heater (hot water is available at all times). The apartment is equipped with all necessary kitchenware.

Sleeps 2. For a comfortable stay, there is a double bed with an orthopedic mattress.

The price includes:
1 set of double bedding;
3 terry towels (2 large and 1 small).
An additional set of bedding is available for a separate fee.

Terms of stay:

Upon check-in, a security deposit equal to one night’s stay must be paid. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out provided there is no damage to the apartment or its contents, and no signs of smoking or smell of tobacco smoke inside the premises.

If your check-in is till 14:00, contact the owner in advance, inform them about the non-standard time of arrival and agree on the transfer of the keys.

Security deposit

The owner requires a security deposit in the amount of 1500 UAH, which will be returned upon check-out if the property is safe.

Check-in - after 13:30.
Check-out - by 12:00 regardless of check-in time.
Please notify us of your check-out time no later than 20:00 the day before your check-out.

Important:
Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in a fine.
The apartment is not rented out for birthday celebrations, parties, mass events or meetings with friends. In case of violation of this condition, the landlord reserves the right to evict guests at any time without refunding the payment.
Please do not walk around the apartment in street shoes.
Check-in is carried out directly in the booked apartment.
During check-in, full payment for accommodation is made and a rental agreement is concluded. A passport or other identity document is required.
The apartment is intended for guests aged 25 and over.

Additional conditions:
Early check-in (until 13:30) is paid separately in the amount of the cost of one night's stay.
Late check-in (after 22:30) is paid additionally - 300 UAH.
Late check-out from 12:00 to 18:00 is paid separately in the amount of 50% of the cost of one night's stay.
Late check-out after 18:00 is paid in the amount of the full cost of one night's stay.
