A cozy one-bedroom apartment with a jacuzzi in the center of Kyiv, located on 30B Velyka Vasylkivska street, near Lva Tolstoho metro station, is waiting for its guests!

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, consists of a kitchen-studio with a double sofa bed, TV and air conditioning, and a bedroom with a double bed and a TV. The bathroom is separate, the bathroom has a wonderful jacuzzi.
The apartment has 4 sleeping places, suitable for both a couple and a family.

Convenient location and transport interchange.
There are many cafes and restaurants, shops and banking institutions, currency exchange offices, beauty salons and entertainment facilities for adults and children nearby.
Only 50 meters from the metro stations: Lva Tolstoho, Palats Sportu, Olimpiyska. Khreshchatyk, Bessarabka, Arena City - everything is within walking distance.

The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay: cooking utensils, electric kettle, microwave oven, refrigerator, 2 TVs, air conditioner, vacuum cleaner, double sofa, double bed in the bedroom, wardrobe, jacuzzi, hot water, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board blackboard, hairdryer, internet and Wi-Fi.

The owner requires a security deposit in the amount of 2000 UAH, which will be returned upon check-out if the property is safe.

Additional house rules

Early check-in or late check-out is possible by prior arrangement, if there is no reservation for the next guest.
The apartment is not rented out for festive events and festivities.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, only on the open balcony (in case of violation - a fine).
Guests must have their passport with them and sign a contract upon check-in.
We take a deposit in the amount of one night's stay, which is returned when the guest leaves, provided that the rules are followed and there is no damage to the property!

Additional Information.
If the guest unilaterally decides to shorten the period of stay without prior warning during check-in, 50% of the cost of the days he did not stay will be returned to him, and the remaining 50% will be charged as a penalty.
In the event that the stay was for more than 10 days and the guest received a discount on accommodation, but individually decides to shorten the stay, then this discount is canceled, and for the number of days that the guest stayed, accommodation will be calculated at the standard price per day.
Requests about any changes in the period of stay (about the desire to extend the stay or shorten it for a valid reason) should be reported in advance, but no later than one day before the time of departure.
