This luxurious apartment is located in the heart of Kyiv, just in a few minutes from Khreschatyk, next to Bessarabska square and Arena City entertainment complex. This location implies close proximity to almost all sights of the capital, as well as numerous restaurants, clubs and cafes, which guarantees you an exciting stay. The nearest metro station is Palats Sportu.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 7-storey building with an elevator and renovated entrance. The apartment is equipped with new furniture and appliances. The spacious living room has a large sofa (fold-out to a full-size bed), a 42-inch plasma TV with cable television (over 100 channels, including English CNN and BBC). The apartment also has high-speed Internet access (Wi-Fi), three separate bedrooms with king-size beds, a large dressing area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for five guests, two balconies, air conditioners in each room (total 5), 2 bathrooms (a shower and a full-size bath), a washing machine and much more. The owner may request a security deposit from 1500 to 2500 UAH upon arrival.

Important registration information

If you check in at night from 19:00 to 10:00, we offer you the following registration options:

1. Arrange service at the airport or train station with our driver. Our driver will be waiting for you with a sign, pick you up to check in directly to your accommodation. We highly recommend this option to avoid late night check-in issues. Airport pickup is 25 USD for KBP and 20 USD for IEV and train/bus station.

2. You can pick up the keys at the reception of our mini-hotel, located in the very center of Kiev at 10 Bohdana Khmelnytskoho (1 block from Keschatyk, next to Teatralna/Zoloti Vorota metro station). The front desk is open 24/7.

Please note that our telephone support service is open from 10:00 to 22:00.
If dates are shortened, no refunds will be given.

Понравилось разве что расположение, и кафе которое находилось внизу.

потому что все остальное ужасное. Квартира была грязная, крошки на полу в кухне, липкие поверхности. Удивил комод в моей комнате. Застираное постельное белье и одеяла в пятнах. Мебель уже давно пора поменять - облезла. В зале с диваном не работал обогреватель - спать в конце октября то еще испытание. Четверная комната это не комната а склад. Там свалено было все; от сушек до пылесоса. Просто полу кладовая какая то. Уюта небыло. Искали фен. Полотенец всем не хватило - что-то еще мокрое висело на сушке. Короче это ужас.

Дякую за ваш відгук. Вибачте за будь-які незручності. Квартира здається подобово тому звісно в ній є ознаки використання, але нічого критичного як описує гостя. До цього в квартирі проживали 2 місяці гості з Америки і були дуже задоволені квартирою. Вибачте за якість прибирання - ми звісно це виправимо, гостя могля нам про це написати і ми б вислали прибиральницю. Четверта кімнат не є складом, вона придатна до проживання як і інші кімнати, там в шкафу знаходиться сушка для білизни та пилосос, зрозуміло що ці речі потрібні для прибирання житла, і вони мають знаходитися в квартирі. Фен в квартирі є, рушників ми залишаємо на 8 гостей, це так кількість яку вміщує квартира. Якість білизни не викликала нарікань від попередніх гостей тому ми її звісно перевіримо.
