Description

Beautiful one bedroom apartment in Morozova house - a famous merchant and industrialist. The building was built in 1910.
Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko university is located near the house, there is a magnificent park across the road. To the main street of Kyiv - 7 minutes leisurely walk. Also Ploscha Lva Tolstoho metro station is very close. The apartment is very quiet, due to the fact that the windows of the apartment do not overlook the roadway, there is a beautiful view of Kyiv from the windows. The house has a clean front door with militarized security, two new elevators. The apartment has two rooms: a cozy bedroom, a huge living room and a separate kitchen, two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a shower, the second one has a bathroom. The bedroom has a large bed in the living room - folding double sofa. Televisions are in the kitchen and living room. The apartment always has hot water due to the volume of the boiler, all the necessary appliances, installed two air conditioners, unlimited wireless high-speed Internet.

You can always leave the car on a guarded parking lot under the house for a small fee.

Security deposit

The owner requires a security deposit in the amount of 1900 UAH, which will be returned upon check-out if the property is safe.

Additional house rules

It is mandatory to report in advance the exact time of eviction.
Earlier check-in and/or late check-out is possible if this does not interfere with other guests. To be guaranteed an opportunity for early check-in or late check-out, you must pay the cost of one more night stay.
It is possible to organize a transfer (costs slightly more than a taxi, payment - in cash to the driver).
If you have a late check-in - after 20:00, or an early departure - before 8:00, please book a transfer with our driver who will meet you at the airport or train station. If you don’t need a transfer, please be ready to receive the keys (in case of late arrival) or hand them over (in case of early departure) to the concierge, who is located near the apartment. We will send you detailed instructions on how to do this. Leaving the keys under the rug near the apartment or in the mailbox without prior approval is strictly prohibited.
You must have a passport (or other photo ID) and a security deposit in the amount of the cost of one night stay. Upon check-in, after inspecting the apartment, the security deposit is returned to the guest.
Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited. For smoking, you can use the balcony.
Surcharge for providing extra bed is 120 UAH (5 USD) per day.

Central location.

Albeit I have no complaints about its cleanliness, the apartment was rather rundown (wall and doors have been chewed by a dog or scratched a cat). It seemed like it had most of the things in place, but a number of little things were on the 'cheap' side - e.g. the hand wash and dish washing liquid were diluted with water.
